The Cyprus is the only brand in the country today with very unique flavours of Millet based cookies, using maximum quantities of different kinds of Millets up to 70% in their formulation and still be able to provide with the best flavour, texture and is able to proudly say that all healthy products are not necessarily expensive neither tasteless.

 Raj Kapoor has led Assocom India as Managing Director
since 2002, driving agricultural market growth and supply
chain innovation. With a career beginning in 1985, Raj has
been dedicated to advancing the agricultural sector
through strategic initiatives and international partnerships.
Under his leadership, Assocom India has flourished in Ag
Foods, collaborating with US cooperators and agencies like
FAS, USDA, USAID, and the World Food Program. Raj’s
influence extends globally, with engagements in countries
including the USA, UK, UAE, and more.
Renowned for entrepreneurship and talent development,
Raj fosters industry innovation and collaboration. His
expertise spans international trade, market development,
PR, and project management.
Raj Kapoor holds a BS in Accounting and Management from
Delhi University, with specialized training from institutions
like the American Institute of Baking and Kansas State
University. He’s a respected national convener and member
of major industry associations.
Raj’s extensive network and expertise in market research
drive commodity growth in emerging markets. He’s
committed to leveraging his skills for further advancement
in agriculture, embodying a visionary approach to
education and innovation in the sector.

    distinguished entrepreneur and celebrated bakery technologist shaping
    the culinary landscape. Over the past two years, Shorya has led
    Assocom Foods to introduce over 100 innovative bakery products,
    including 8 unique variants of Millet cookies.

    Professional Background:

    Shorya’s journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence. He
    holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bakery Technology from the American
    Institute of Baking (AIB), complemented by specialized training at
    Hyjeon College in South Korea. His extensive experience as a bakery
    technologist and chef informs his visionary leadership at Assocom
    Foods.

    Leadership and Expertise:

    As an alumnus of the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM),
    Kolkata, Shorya brings strategic acumen and culinary expertise to his
    role. Under his leadership, Assocom Foods has become a trailblazer in
    the bakery sector, known for high-quality, innovative products crafted in
    Shorya’s state-of-the-art bakery lab at The Cyprus.

    • COCHRAN Fellowship program recipient for contributions to food
    processing ingredients.
    • Brand ambassador for the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council and U.S.
    Figs Council.
    • Taste of American – recognized by USDA-India for chef demonstrations
